Man Reading LA Times Also Has Muffin for Breakfast

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — At about 7:45 AM Monday morning Mr. Sam Cradle, a frequent reader of the Los Angeles Times newspaper was seen eating an apple-cinnamon muffin for breakfast. The avid LA Times reader sat in his kitchen engrossed in a “hit job” article linking democratic supporter and celebrity George Clooney with presidential hopeful Barack Obama.
“I’m not sure why they mention Obama actually” Cradle confessed in between muffin mouthfuls. “Clooney’s decided to make a movie about Osama Bin Laden’s driver, not sure what Obama has to do with that…Oh, wait, got it, it’s the rhyming names - Osama, Obama!” The film is based on a book which tells the story of Salim Ahmed Hamdan who recently received a five and a half year sentence for his involvement with Bin Laden. Hamdan has served over six years at Guantanamo Bay Detention.
While Sam Cradle enjoyed his muffin and tenuous LA Times connections, news was quickly spreading through the neighborhood about his breakfast activities.
“Wow, I never pictured Sam a muffin man,” a neighbor admitted
